ADAM MERONE

• Earned a degree in Applied Exercise Science from Springfield College, MA while participating on the Football & Rugby teams.
• C.S.C.S. (Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach) through the National Strength & Conditioning Association.
Adam has been involved in all aspects of the Strength & Conditioning field. While studying for his degree, he interned at Velocity Sports Performance where he was able to grasp a solid understanding of coaching a large group of youth athletes and relaying a strong message to ALL athletes of every skill level so they are constantly challenged. Adam has also worked in the collegiate setting; at Springfield College (while fulfilling mandatory hours for credits) and at Dowling College where he served as the Assistant Strength and Conditioning coach for 10 Varsity teams.Let’s not forget to mention that Adam has a background working with the Pros as well!The Long Island Ducks semi-professional baseball team is where he got his feet wet. The next step up was working with the New York Yankees during their 2008 Spring Training and Assisting the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for the New York Islanders (2010-2012). Adam has spent the majority of his young adult life gathering as much knowledge as he could from every fitness experience he has come across. Project Game Day is a refined, molded together system that Adam has masterminded over the past years. 1,000s of hours have gone into his research and experience to deliver you the best results possible!
